Hello there
As far as I know most cnv should be clonal, however most of my results have cnv with a low cf.em. How should I know if it's wrong because of incorrect cval I set(150) or incorrect purity/ploidy estimation(I think it's equal to estimation of dipLogR) .
Below is an example: Tumor1-AD1.pdf
