Hello,I'm running the cnv_facets for test, i see the output file prefix.jointseg.txt but i don't know the mean of each column,could you give me the description of the prefix.jointseg.txt？
The each column as follow:
chrom maploc rCountT rCountN vafT vafN het keep gcpct gcbias cnlr valor lorvar seg seg0 segclust
