Pokémon LA - New Graphics

With this new game (Pokémon Legends Arceus) we got a lot of new visuals.

I think it may be interesting to add them to the project.
And no additional work is needed as it already contains all the shiny icons and sprites.

These are gorgeous, thank you. I've been super busy but I want to try and get a bunch of work done on this project next weekend, hopefully getting the BDSP work done as well.

Still a bunch of work is needed to be done since these sprites are all untagged, although I think the item sprites at least seem to follow the same ID system as the old items.

It seems like they follow a similar pattern like the home sprites. A combination of dex number, male/female flag, form variant and shinyness. I think tagging them with a small algorithm will get most of the names automatically

it would be amazing that pixel artists contribute to create the mini pixel-art sprites as well, even if they are not official.
it would be sad to let the mini sprites go.

Since PLA does not have classic 56x68 sprites, PKHeX has sourced new sprites from the National Pokédex - Icon Dex project and its abundance of collaborators and contributors.

The National Pokédex sprites have been added to Pokésprite thanks to the work of @koenigderluegner.

The official graphics will be added in time as well.
