Amount and Gain for Part Insertion EQ #10

The part insertion EQ does not seem to have a Gain knob anymore (it has one for the gain at the cutoff frequency, but none for the general gain).

Also, the amount knob of the EQ would let me expect to behave like a D/W knob. Instead, it's more like a makeup gain/output gain.
