For ease of use for future users and less lines of code required to edit the fmap JSONs, we will us jo instead of the multiple calls to awk,sed,echo,etc.

  • singularity image with jo and jq
  • remake jsoncrawler shell scripts
  • test with sample dataset
  • add to docs
