Pin management

Mark a tweet to be pinned to the profile and then pin it once tweeted.

This is primarily useful for event tweets, as we want those to be pinned, usually.

Add a "pin until" section and move tweets with that section to a special pinning waiting column (to the bottom of it) and if the currently pinned tweet's pin until expires, pin the next one etc.

Would require a more advanced system for specify ignored columns, as there would be more than just one ignore column now.

Probably something like a managesClosedIssues field for sources to indicate that they manage the closed issues for those columns.

Actually, found out there's no API yet :(

Concept:

• Have a "Pin until" section that has the date to remove the tweet from the pins
• Ensure that is after the scheduled date etc.
• Move tweeted tweets that have a pin until in the future to a separate column
• Pin the tweet that has the closest pin until in the future from that separate column
• Move tweets back to the tweeted column once the pin until is in the past
