Move documentation to gitbook

@ryanw-se started a gitbook to updated our 8 month old (!!) docs in the android repo. Seems like a good opportunity to clean up everything.

Mozilla is using ( and also sponsored through MOSS) readthedocs.org just a fyi - maybe we can use that hee too ( i do not want to dismiss @ryanw-se 's work)

@ioana-chiorean That's another great option, there was a little discussion about this today and I believe it was decided that everything will be written in MD format and put in the webmaker-core repository and then we can evaluate the different sites that can be used to host these files (readthedocs, gitbooks, etc).
