build failure on faultstates.eps

Up to date gs in Debian unstable is seg faulting when converting doc/system/pictures/faultstates.eps to a png. I have regenerated the eps from the png using the sam2p utility and the problem has gone away. You can get this new file from:

This graphic is pretty simple, but it would be best to include source files for these graphics so that they can be easily modified / regenerated.
