Printed documentation broken

The Mozart documentation (eg tutorial) has a link to printed version (
http://www.mozart-oz.org/download/view.cgi?action=print ), but nothing shows up.

Having a printable version - eg PDF - would be very helpful to many new developers, as a way to sit down and learn the
language. Since the online HTML documentation is split over many, many, many pages, it's very hard to print.
