Some results include gore and can be hard to look at. We should be able to tag these and allow people to opt out of seeing them, maybe just seeing blurred version.

Since this might be a bigger endeavor, to start, what about blurring all images on initial sign-in, or showing a lander page instead of a bunch of images on initial sign-in? I've seen some users discussing how it's mostly the surprise!gore right after signing in that's hard to take -- if you're searching you're more prepared for what you might see.
