File Not Writeable message when setting data for JPG file

TagLibSharp 2.3.0 from C# on Windows 11 crashes with File Not Writeable message when saving after setting Title metadata on iPhone camera JPEG file which appears not be corrupt. File Metadata as below. A zero size file SetFromImageFails.txt is created in the folder containing the JPG.
