Error handling
The CLI does not currently handle errors particularly gracefully; an exception is thrown, and the process exists. The CLI should give friendly, helpful error messages.

Success messages
Additionally, it does not give success messaging in a number of scenarios, such as mvf new or mvf generate. These commands should return messaging.

Tools UX
The tools UX is pretty minimal. The mvf tools ls command should provide a clean-looking table. Installing a new tool and removing a tool should provide better messaging.
