Device Crashing on startup

Hi, I've been trying to use deceive but it kept crashing without any error message popping out, so I decided to check out the logs and apparently from what I've searched it's getting a time out exception?

I tried fiddling with windows defender to no avail. I even whitelisted the program on both antivirus and the firewall
