  • Perl version: 5.32.1 64 bit
  • Operating system: Windows 8.1

Steps to reproduce the behavior

cpan DROLSKY/Time-Local-1.31-TRIAL.tar.gz
cpan SRI/Mojolicious-9.23.tar.gz

Expected behavior
