使用 from modelscope.hub.snapshot_download import snapshot_download下载，最近总是断断续续

报错
Downloading: model-00016-of-00061.safetensors failed, reason: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='www.modelscope.cn', port=443): Read timed out. (read timeout=60) will retry

一会能连， 一会连不了
