Recently, we deprecated org.shipkit.gradle.configuration.ShipkitConfiguration.ReleaseNotes#getPublicationPluginName and
org.shipkit.gradle.configuration.ShipkitConfiguration.ReleaseNotes#setPublicationPluginName and scheduled it for removal.
Let's remove the code mentioned once we'll release v3.0.0.

We've also deprecated org.shipkit.internal.gradle.release.ReleaseNeededPlugin#ASSERT_RELEASE_NEEDED_TASK and org.shipkit.gradle.release.ReleaseNeededTask#setExplosive in v2.0.23 of shipkit. Therefore we can also remove it in v3.0.0.
