Sorting of references

The references appear under:

• Section D.1 normative references
• https://mobilitydcat-ap.github.io/mobilityDCAT-AP/drafts/latest/#normative-references

and:

• Section D.2 informative references
• https://mobilitydcat-ap.github.io/mobilityDCAT-AP/drafts/latest/#informative-references

There were coded within this file:

..under "localBiblio:", starting in line 188

-> However, I dont know how ReSpec is sorting the entries under "localBiblio:" into sections D.1 and D.2.
-> The sorting seems arbitrary.
-> Does anyone know?

Hi @peterlubrich I checked the code, and the sorting is done in a script (respec-napcore.js) we use from the original ReSpec specification. There are specific functions that I will need to check in detail to adjust when necessary.
