I have set up a simple test page with afterglow and have an issue only with some videos which were muxed (with audio/video offset) or edited wih ffmpeg.
The player is set to autoplay and when the video plays the audio and video are not in sync. If I jump back or forth in the video the audio / video sync is then fine
I tested these videos in VLC, Kodi and other players and they are fine
All videos I have seen this on are MP4s with aac 256Kbps audio

I have come to find out that Chromium-browser on Linux auto - plays and has the problem, however Firefox does not autoplay and does not have the problem
