We agreed to give the MEP process a try for 3 months. After that, we should re-evaluate the MEP process and make appropriate adjustments. That will happen in early April.

After going through an MEP and discussing details, we shall ask if anyone oppose the MEP. If no one opposes the MEP in the meeting, we say we tentatively reached consensus on this MEP, and we shall wait for 24 hours for anyone to post their objections. If we do not receive any objection during that period, we shall declare that the MEP passes the review.

I have added labels MEP-accepted and MEP-rejected for accepted or rejected MEPs, respectively.
