NuGet.Core creates a whole load of turds when it downloads packages, usually in C:\Windows\Temp\nuget.

I just checked on our server which runs mmbot and the folder was almost 11GB in size!

Visual Studio explicitly clears this folder up, but most other apps or libs which use NuGet.Core don't know that they have to do this. We had the same issue in scriptcs and had to put in a ridiculous hack to clear up the folder.

Unfortunately (unless the latest NuGet.Core has fixed this awful behaviour) mmbot will need a similar hack.
