Fatal Router Error when building and running from source

I followed the configuration wiki for Slack and Nancy router, but I get this error:

I did do the nuget install mmbot.router.nancy -o packages command

I have this in mmbot.ini

Nevermind, I used chocolatey instead of just downloading the source and it worked, but then I can't edit the source for more customization, still a great bot though, thanks.

Ah yes, there are certain output paths expected. I suspect we should have a better story for your scenario.

I'd like to leave this issue open so we can look at it.
