mkxp-z seems to support FLAC via SDL_sound (I didn't actually test it, but it looks like it should work), but the loop point support in mkxp-z is Vorbis-specific. It would be nice to handle loop points for FLAC too (they use Vorbis Comment metadata exactly like Vorbis).
