Add a change camera button or block

Users need to be able to select a different camera when video is a part of their program. I imagine this could go in one of two ways:

1. Adding a camera switch button near the top of the stage, next to the "enlarge stage" buttons.
2. Add a block for switching the camera to the Teachable Machine and video sensing category

Ideas for adding a button can be found in the 'create' branch, bcjordan was able to add a "Record Stage" button. For changing cameras, look at web development documentation around requesting user media.
