Connection timeout error when adding environment variables.

I deployed this repo on netlify or vercel both. But when I didn't add those env variables, the site shows that, "Hey you've to add env variables". But when I add and then redeploy the repo, then it shows a error on the page comes from netlify or vercel. How to fix that issue? Oh one thing that I am using Railway mysql database instead of PlanetScale.
