It looks like your OS has IPv6 enabled, but it's unable to access the IP that it resolved archive.org to. If you disable IPv6 in the networking panel of system preferences, does it work?

My Mac’s IPv6 is disabled
It is Network firewall‘s problem?

Possibly! The curl output definitely shows that it's resolved archive.org to 2a03:2880:f10d:183:face:b00c::25de, which is an IPv6 address. That said... face:b00c is Facebook, which is definitely not what archive.org should resolve to. It could be your network config/firewall, a hosts file, or what DNS you're using?
