When creating a new machine the information with which the screen is initially populated is inaccurate and fails to show the network option. See below:

You must refresh the page by reselecting the correct cloud for the correct information to be displayed. It will however allow you to attempt to create a machine, but will fail. Only after you reselect the cloud that the full information appears. See below:

This seems to be an UI bug. We will fix it as soon as possible.
