In 3.0, Twig goes full namespace, and we should then change Twig_Extension, Twig_SimpleFilter and Twig_SimpleFunction and \Twig_SimpleTest into their namespace counterpart.

Maybe forget about the SimpleFunction, as it's deprecated on that part anyways ?
