"make clean" doesn't clean the "duniverse" directory #1496

is this intentional? partially related to #204.

Should there be a "clean" and a "distclean" target? Is it worth to discuss this, or since the opam-monorepo/duniverse will soon be replaced by "dune pkg", let's not bother with it?

removing duniverse after a make clean sounds good to me.
