exportClones with "-tagCounts" argument returns inconsistent type in the "tagCounts" for clones with a single tag #981

If a clone has only 1 tag, the tag count is reported in a slightly different format than the other clones and becomes:

CTACTCGGTGCT: 169.0

instead, it should be:

CTACTCGGTGCT= 169.0
