[twitter] video file same tweetid but file size not same

Why do some video files (with the same tweetid) have differences in file size when downloaded after a certain period of time?

I found a slight difference in size when using Beyond Compare 4
but after playing these files with slight differences in size, I found that there was no difference in the content

Pretty sure files can differ in tiny amounts based on things like the container or metadata, even if the audio and video files within the container are identical. MP4 and MKV are both containers, for example.You're looking at a difference of exactly 8 bytes which is well below that range.
