Hi @mikessh

I installed the latest release of Java (https://www.java.com/en/download/), and running on my macOS terminal the specific version is the following:

                                   java version "1.8.0_361"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_361-b09)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.361-b09, mixed mode)

I then ran the following on my terminal:

                                  brew tap homebrew/science
                                  brew tap mikessh/repseq
                                  brew install vdjtools

I received the following error message:

Error: vdjtools: Unsupported special dependency :java

I am very confused as to why this is occurring, despite me having installed java. I really need VDJtools for my TCR analysis, so any insight is much appreciated.
