Hello,
In the diversity statistics functions in the library - I see that the function being used is the DxxIndex - rather than the D50Index.
This should mean that it is possible for us to generate any D-index using that function - for example D-10 right?
I could see in the Groovy file that the value was hard-coded to 0.5 in the DiversityEstimator.groovy file.
Could you tell me what changes will I need to make to help me get the D10 index through VDJTools?
Thank you!
