Error running 'intersect_pair_scatter.r'

Hi,

I am trying to run the 'intersect_pair_scatter.r' from the 'OverlapPair' module with some modifications to the script. I uncommented the first line in the script as suggested. However, I am getting the following error:

Error in file(file, "rt") : invalid 'description' argument

Execution halted

As I understand it's not being able to find some files (file_xy, file_xx,file_yy in the code). Could you help me resolve this issue?
