Why PlotSpectratypeV and PlotFancyVJUsage are different

PlotFancyVJUsage supposed to show the frequency of various V-J junctions and PlotSpectratypeV to show CDR3 length distribution for clonotypes from top N Variable segment families anyway for the tops clones

I therefore suppsed the both plots show show common Variable segment families but in my data that was not true

I have attached both plots for a sample
