Whatever I look at the docs I can not get by which code I can plot this?

Please help me to fimd a function to plot this
I used this code but I got nonsense

java8 -Xmx16G -jar vdjtools-1.2.1.jar TrackClonotypes -m met.txt -f "time" -p 6
