Don't understand the permutation figure.

I read the Testclusters function of VDJtools in your website (https://vdjtools-doc.readthedocs.io/en/master/overlap.html), and I don't get the meaning of the result. What is the permutaion rate of each group, and is there any significant difference among them? What does the value near the red line in the upper figure of the example mean(between) ?And the lower figure?
Anyone can help me?
