Could not access pdf from msdn website

I could not access either the pdf or the samples on the msdn website

The link to download the pdf takes me to a page on microsoft surface products and the link to the code samples does not find any webpage

I do experience the same. I thought going over the links from the comments here https://www.slideshare.net/bennage/cqrs2 would lead me to a mirror or something, but these are all scams.

Any updates on the pdf?
