Allow default team for calendar

Now that you have added the ability to have calendars for each team, it would be nice to be able to specify a default team. I don't use calendars by team, rather one calendar for all so when I open the calendar, I have to change the team each time. I'm assuming it's defaulting to the order in the Teams tab. Had I know better, I would have named my teams in such a way as to float the "default" team to the top. At this point, there's too much infrastructure there so that's not really an option. I use dashboards embedding the calendar is not very friendly in that it will jump around each time you poke one of the buttons. If I don't have to change the team, it's at least a bit better.
