Issue adding cells to group 1 in Jupyter Notebook after VSCode update

Dear VSCode Team,

I'm writing to report an issue I'm experiencing with adding cells to group 1 in Jupyter Notebook after a recent VSCode update.

Problem:

After updating VSCode, I'm unable to add cells to group 1 in my Jupyter Notebook.
When I click the option to add cells to group 1, nothing happens.
I cannot execute the group of cells as a unit.
Please let me know if there are any known compatibility issues with the current VSCode version and the Jupyter extension I'm using.

Hi, Please have a look at the screenshot , I'm having trouble adding cells to groups in Jupyter Clicking the icon "|+" (right arrow in the screenshot) doesn't seem to do anything , and the "Execute groupX" buttons (at the left arrow ) are grayed and unclickable.
