Regression: Not a regression

Repro Steps:

Attach a PostgreSQL server.
F1 -> Cosmos: Detach -> Attached Database Accounts.
Check whether the attached postgreSQL server displays in the list.

Expect:
The attached postgreSQL server displays in the list.

Actual:
The attached postgreSQL server doesn't display in the list.

More Info:
This issue doesn't reproduce for the other accounts.
