[Suggestion] It would be better to add an icon before the "Create Database Server..." command in Resource view #2218

OS: Win 10
Build Version: 20231129.3

Repro Steps:

Navigate to Resource view and click the "Create Resource... " button.
Check whether there is an icon before the "Create Database Server..." command.

Actual:
There is no icon before the "Create Database Server..." command.

Suggestion:
It would be better to add an icon before the "Create Database Server..." command in Resource view.

One tricky problem is that this action is used by database server creation code paths for both CosmosDB and Postgres, which use different icons.
