Build Version: 20231119.1
Regression: Not a regression

Repro Steps:

  1. Create a scrapbook.
  2. Open a file, such as setting.json.
  3. Navigate to the scrapbook file -> Click "Connect to a database".
  4. Check whether the "Connect to a database" can be executed.

Expect:
The "Connect to a database" can be executed.

Actual:
The "Connect to a database" cannot be executed.

More Info:
The "Connect to a database" can be executed after editing something in the scrapbook file.
