Build Version: v0.19.4
Regression: Not a Regression
GB18030 Language: New Tai Lue/Lisu/Chinese Four Ext chars/Tibetan

Repro Steps:

  1. Create a SQL account -> Create a Database -> Create a collection -> Type a partition key contains GB18030 characters, such as New Tai Lue: "ᦷᦎᦺᦑᦺᦖᧈᦉᦲᧇᦉ".
  2. Check whether succeeds to create a collection.

Expect:
Succeed to create a collection.

Actual:
Fail to create a collection.

More Info:

  1. Fail to create a collection with the partition key contains GB18030 characters in Portal.
  2. This issue doesn't reproduce for the Mongolian/Yi/Uyghur/De Hong Dai/Korean Letter/Double Chinese/Old Tai Lue language.

This issue also reproduces for 康熙部首, such as "⽀⽁⽂⽃⽄⽅⽆".
