OS: Win10
Build Version: 20230703.3
Regression: Not a regression

Repro steps:

  1. Navigate to Workspace view -> Click "Attach Emulator..." -> Click "Core (SQL)".
  2. Right click "SQL Emulator" -> Click "Copy Connection String".
  3. Detach the "SQL Emulator".
  4. Click "Attach Database Account..." -> Click "SQL (SQL)" -> Paste the connection string -> Enter.
  5. Check whether no error occurs.

Expect:
No error occurs.

Actual:

  1. An error occurs.

AccountEndpoint=https://localhost:8081/;AccountKey=C2y6yDjf5/R+ob0N8A7Cgv30VRDJIWEHLM+4QDU5DE2nQ9nDuVTqobD4b8mGGyPMbIZnqyMsEcaGQy67XIw/Jw==

More Info:
This issue doesn't reproduce for the Emulator MongoDB.
