Missing blocks in tutorials when language is German #5654

Arising from support ticket https://support.microbit.org/helpdesk/tickets/74921 (private)

Describe the bug

When some tutorials are started with German selected, some blocks are missing.

Tested Clap Lights and Morse Chat - the LEDs blocks are missing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Select language German
  2. Start a tutorial
  3. Check the blocks
  4. See error

Expected behavior
The blocks should not be missing

Is it possible that the translation itself has accidentally removed the blocks? Is the configuration of what blocks are available part of the translations?

@microbit-carlos Perhaps. I should have made it clear that the blocks seem to be OK if the language is changed to German after the tutorial is started. I don't know what that means, but it might be significant!
