Proposal: Markup extension executed at compile time

Summary

I want to be able to specify that the markup extension is executed at compile time

Rationale

I tried to implement

<TextBlock Text="{local:NameOf Member=TintColor, Type=AcrylicBrush}" />

But without execution at compile time it has little sense
