Suggested new feature or improvement

This feels more like a bug than a feature request - since this is called devhome, perhaps show some logs when installing apps from the yaml?

As devs are your target audience, give us some benefit of the doubt :) We want logs.

For example, mine is stuck/halted, but I have no clue regarding the status because it's hidden from us.

We're devs! Show us logs.
