Repro Steps

1: run wsl/debian
2: The remote procedure call failed. Error code: Wsl/Service/RPC_S_CALL_FAILED

Expected Behavior

wsl running

Actual Behavior

a terminal output weirdly longer than normal (for some reason) and this printed:
The remote procedure call failed. Error code: Wsl/Service/RPC_S_CALL_FAILED

also, i can enter uname in cmd, and it prints msys. my computer is cursed

the closest one said it was fixed already, it wasnt

Thank you @PaxtonPenguin. Looking at the logs, it looks like wslservice.exe is crashing.

Can you follow Enable automatic crash dump collection and share the crash dump for wslservice.exe ?

Thank you @PaxtonPenguin, unfortunately I don't see any dumps in the zip you shared.

After you enabled automatic crash dump collection, was any wslservice.exe available in C:\crashes ?

i have tried reinstalling wsl, and unregistering Debian multiple times. it also says that Debian is already installed, even though i had just unregistered it.
