How can I use this plugin to test my site every minute or so and generate statistics over time?

Hi @Gal51, please correct me if I got the question wrong. I think performance-bookmarklet might not be the right tool for this as is a tool to visualize data, but it has no capabilities to generate data.
Perhaps a private webpagetest instance might be more suitable for this?
