你好，在push的时候，遇到以下错误提示：
在我的笔记中，有出现 E e element 这样的字符，目前未找到具体原因

貌似我找到原因了，如果笔记中出现<E>这样的符号，push的时候就会出错。我暂时的解决方法是把<E>写成<E>（左右加`）的形式
貌似md中不允许出现<***>这样的标记
